I am Koena Ganguly. I am a first-year M.Sc. Applied Psychology student at Sister Nivedita University, Kolkata. I graduated from Bethune College, Kolkata with a B.Sc. Honours in Psychology. Passionate about imparting knowledge in Psychology, I bring a blend of enthusiasm, empathy, and strong communication skills to the dynamic world of Psychology. Currently, as an R&D and Clinical Psychology Intern at Theody Svadhyay Trailblazer LLP, I'm part of a competitive research team developing an innovative upskilling and mental health app, promising a gamified user experience.

My journey in the field also includes a Clinical Psychology Trainee position at the National Institute of Behavioural Science, where I successfully formulated and completed in-depth case studies on major psychological disorders. In addition, my experience as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Mendlife Foundation enriched my crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

Beyond psychology, my commitment to social impact is evident through my role as an Environmental Science Intern at Earth5R, where I've been actively learning, implementing, and promoting sustainability.
Furthermore, my involvement with Project Unlearn reflects a passion for spreading awareness about gender issues.

As a versatile individual, I bring a wealth of skills to the table, including research, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. My dedication to ethical work practices and leadership abilities have been recognized in various achievements, including a third prize in a creative writing competition, an A+ in Ethics and Value Education, and the Best Student of the Year award.

My journey has just begun, and I'm excited to embark on new adventures and make a positive impact.
