Hi, I'm Lesli Marvin, a certified teacher with less than a year experience teaching lower secondary students. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching to support my career transition from a career in industry and then in technology transfer to a teaching career.
My teaching approach is student-centered where I focus on the individual needs of each student. In class teaching though, sometimes there are limitations where we have to use expository methods, so lessons cannot always be interactive and fun and focus is also necessary. You will be able to excel if you're hard working and attentive.

    Utilized the new Cambridge English-based CEFR-Aligned Syllabus with Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking sections.
    Prepared Online Teaching through Telegram & Google Docs printed module and lesson delivery during the Distance Learning phase of Covid-19.
    Taught English by in-class teaching for also approximately 2 months.
    Available to teach and have some modules prepared to teach other SPM and IGCSE Subjects such as Geography, History, and Science and ICT, although this present role did not utilize this.
    I have transferable knowledge and soft skills from working in industry and technology transfer project management, that were minimally utilized and beyond the scope of this role.

    RM25–50/hour (US$5.62–11.24/hour)

    Reasonable charge for travel allowance/toll charges.
