As an educator first motive to create enthusiastic environment to bring high level of energy in class for inspiring students to develop a love for the subject(Maths).I believe that mathmatics is not just about numbers and equations, but a way of understanding the world.
Our focus must not just teach mathematics but to teach problem - solving and critical thinking.
Students of us don't just memorize formulas, they learn how to calculate mentally and apply mathematical principles in real life and world situations.
As we know that every student learns differently, se we employ a variety of teaching methods to cater different learning styles.
The results of teaching are evident in confidence of students and smiling faces of parents.
