Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist

• General Ledger (GL) Module:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Compile quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with various departments.
• Ensure timely clearance of all advances by coordinating with the Procurement/Supply Chain department.
• Assist the Manager of Finance in ad-hoc and special reports/projects.
• Manage communication with Tax Consultants and assist the accounts team with tax notices from the FBR.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

• Accounts Receivable (A.R) Module:
Processing Sales Orders, creating S.T. Invoices, and generating Sales vouchers and receipts vouchers against sales transactions. Furthermore, Data Preparation for Monthly Sales Tax Returns. Etc.
• Accounts Payable (A.P) Module:
Supervise the payment process for standard invoices on a party-wise basis.
• Statutory Annual Audit.
Prepare annual accounts for external audit.
Assist in data completion, reconciliations, and other necessary tasks for the annual external audit process.
• Tax Audits.
Managing tax audits and preparing detailed workings, including supporting documents, for the tax audit process.
• Cash Management.
Involves the safekeeping of safe keys, monitoring daily cash status including receipts, payments, and closing cash in hand. Additionally, cash counts are conducted on a daily, biweekly, and monthly basis.
