Am conducting online(Recent) and offline Yoga Classes since 1994 .I have completed PG Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu in 2012 and DNHE(Diploma in Nutrition & Health Education) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi in 2021 apart from my basic qualifications( MSc Ag, MBA Finance & CAIIB). Now I am a retired Bank executive. My key skills are inspiring/motivating people to practice yoga regularly and get tremendous benefits by quoting my personal example .I teach relevant Patanjali yoga Sutras in my yoga classes where ever applicable .I had the opportunity of conducting yoga classes freely (no fee, as a service) in Karnataka, Goa, UP, AP & Tamil Nadu states during my Banking career.

I train starting from Breathing techniques, Loosening exercises,Asanas, Pranayama,Meditation techniques,Self Study, Proper Diet etc., Teaching Methodology varies,need based.

Most of my students enjoy good health at all levels( physical, mental, intellectual, social & Spiritual) and became yoga trainers, yoga addicts with daily practice and also doing Certificate, Diploma, PG Diploma,MSc in yoga. This gives me lot of satisfaction in my life and further inspires me to continue with Divine blessings.

Professor in SPYS & RC(Sri Pathanjali yoga study & Research Centre,Tumkur affiliated to Karnata Samskrit University,Bengaluru) teaching Pathanjali yoga Suthras & guiding Certificate,Diploma and PG Diploma in Yoga Students as a free Service without any remuneration.
