I have been working with students for 3 years, using new and imaginative ways to make learning fun and trying to make the students able to come up with learning strategies by themselves. and with continuous follow-up with each student to come up with a technique suited to each student's needs and personality, Throughout my teaching years I have been able to make connections with my students on a personnel level. Still, with the proper boundaries of course, this allows me to be closer with my students to figure out their problems early and help those in need.
