Learning is learner-centered according to me, I like collaborative learning with my learners where the learner can tell me if he/she has understood or if I should repeat communication and ask questions.
I'm an active teacher patient with students a good listener, and focused on what I'm after.
I teach with relatable examples, and songs to help them remember.
My aim is for a learner to be able to understand the content. To manage this, I usually involve the learners during my class to participate fully. Also make the students feel like they are part of the class
