I apply variety of methodologies to deliver content to the students which ranges from and not limited to; lecture method, working examples especially in Mathematics, using charts and models, giving examples related to real life experiences, questions and answers from the students, allowing students to engage me through questions and inquiry of clarity where need be, leaving home work to the learners that I check next lesson before starting new content, reviewing of previous lessons always my duty, posing questions to learners before starting new topic to compare knowledge learnt else and what about to give.My happiness is when I find my learners become great people in their society they come from and the world at large.Learners acknowledging great work I didn't to them once they become adults make me feel great and encourage them to mentor other using the knowledge I impacted to them.Ofcourse overall joy is when my learners excel not only in academic but also in life.I do encourage my students to embrace good character, respectful to others and also do good to everyone and more importantly trust in God.
