I have good interpersonal skills and I easily connect with students as individuals. I am also good at identifying individual learners needs and developing targeted approaches to address their needs. These skills have helped me bring out the best in my students. My students have repeatedly exhibited improved performance as a result. In addition this has helped students develop a passion for my subject. Given a chance, I will impact similarly in your learners. Question and answer, presentations, discussion and research are among the teaching methodology that I use. From this, my students come out with positive results
