Experienced teacher of geography, history and religious education. Possesses the experience of working with EAL students as well as non EAL. supported many students with assignments, reports, homework, revision and interventions.
All students have gained a pass in their GCSEs, so 100% pass rate is the minimum expectation.
I feel the rapport between teacher and learner is critical to success, however I tend to have a facilitator teaching style and provide the learner the opportunity to become autonomous while supervising and guiding them all the way, to ensure the target is achieved.
