I come from a family of teachers, learning many methods of teaching for a variety of different types of students and have always found that putting a bit of effort from my own end to discover what helps that student learn in their own unique way is what will reap the best rewards. There isn't a single child that can't be taught and quiet frankly any teacher that says that has failed as a teacher.

I look into specifics and always prefer to have a day to just have a chat with the student just to get to know them, to understand what they need and what problems they are facing in their owns words. This usually takes from around an hour to two depending on the student and what s/he has to say. It is extremely helpful when it comes to me understanding how to approach the student in terms of teaching methods, basically figuring out what methods will best allow the student to retain the information.

Fee details

    රු1,000–5,000/hour (US$3.42–17.08/hour)

    If there is travelling from my end then half the transport cost will have to be added, however if there is the student coming to my residence it won't apply.
    The fee will also change depending on the subject and how many lessons s/he wishes to do per month.
