I do not believe in just entering a class and just teaching without considering my learner(s). I rather enjoy an engaging class where both my learners and I are equal partners in the class, learning from each other. So my class starts from the basic to the complex using examples of things my learners can relate to.
Inasmuch as I want my learners to grasp the knowledge immediately, I still know that no two learners learn at the same pace, so mistakes are welcome as long as lessons are picked from it and corrections effected.
At the end of my lesson, I want my learner to go away feeling satisfied and positive over what was learnt in class.
