Namaste everyone,
I am Purna from Hyderabad currently doing my MSC In yoga and Yoga Coach .
From past 5years am teaching and training students to get cure from many diseases and improve their health physically and mentally with my sessions .
Currently running a Yoga Studio in Hyderabad.
I am also familiar in training students for Yoga Competitions and to learn Advance asanas . Mostly teaching students for weight management,stress management and immunity levels increasing and how to Improve their health .
Providing Food diet and Yoga Therapies to get relieved from diseases.

Apart from yoga, am also a zumba and aerobics trainer who have more than 2+years of experience in teaching .
I will use different styles in yoga like Astanga,Hatha,Iyengar,Aerial etc...
