I have been teaching students for the last 20 years. This time I want to pick up the students who are still in blossoming stage as regards to their education as with the years of experience I have, I have felt the students are very weak in basics or they are simply cramming the concepts for the sake of passing exams. This makes them feel unconfident as they start stepping up the years resulting in lower grades and not competent enough to prepare for competitive exams.
To improve this part of students, regular assignments and out of the syllabus concepts will be given plus preparation for exams like Olympiads will be included in regular teaching. Daily assignments with fortnightly tests will be a key feature of the teaching pedagogy.
