..I wld make sure to help the students as I am myself a student I can understand the way they wld understand...wld take tests weekly...help with homeworks..clear doubts..and a student cld be understand by a student preferably...wld give them assignments..and wld see to it all their doubts clear....and can extend classes upon their needs or their subject demands...so don't need to worry I wld take care and deal with them patiently...and wld surely increment in their marks wld be seen..trust me...and smile..life is powerful..ntg is impossible...and this is to students..tht I also have been in their place few years back..so trust me..and even rather than complaining wld speak to parents timely and see to it tht solutions come out.. speaking is imp rather than complaining
