Am compassionate, creative and a dedicated educator with 3 years + well reserved with 8-4-4,CBC IGCSE and IB. What makes me unique as a teacher, I first build relationships with my student to make the learning environment suitable and conducive for learning to take place and also to access the students so as to know on the teaching strategy to use for a successful learning outcome. I use different methods of teaching based on the learner level on that subject and also different engagement strategies for a the best learning outcome. Some of the methods are :
Pedagogy- engaging students in analysis process to build
their skills.
Cooperative learning- Giving task to a small group of students to collaborate and work in it.
Inquiry -based learning -Question and Answer, and fully responsible in guiding the student on how to answer questions.
My motto as a teacher is to bring the best out of my learners.
