I am strict if students don't take subject seriously My teaching speed is moderate to fast as slow speed can compromise the syllabus in the end I give very simple and practical examples so the students can get the concept easily. I regularly take test before going ahead or moving on to next chapter. I regularly do counseling for motivation as this is very much required because progress of syllabus makes students burdensome so they need to be motivated all the time. I get friendly once I feel students are following instructions.
