Though I don't have many years of teaching experiences but I have working as well as study experiences bcs I have also prepared for 3 yrs nd learned from different teachers, mentors.I have experienced how to improvise in study, how to modify learning process, how to gain confidence how different method works for different people. As a teacher you should always be a student. Most importantly as a teacher you should teach your students not only the syllabus but syllabus of life also so that they can be a good human being too.Experiences in number of years don't signify your quality of teaching/mentoring.A teacher should be your teacher, friend, philosopher, guide .He should know your limitations, power, behaviour, attitude, expectations, demands, ambition and categorize accordingly.Dont discriminate students by their name, gender., backgrounds.Everyone is a special student just you have to identify the strength of the student.Being an average student(though I was not in my early life )I know the pain of an average student gets discriminated from others .But all ..famous people or best people in the world are average students only .
