i have a fiexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. i adapt my teaching style in order to cater for everyone and make the material as interesting as possible.some students may require more structure than others, so a directing style is appropriate.other students will demonstrate their ability to work independently, so a delegatinh style works best.the key is to be adaptable and flrxible. my teaching methodology is simple i use a hands-on technique and am approachable to my students. i have some skills like good communication,listening,collaboration, adaptability,empathy and patience with my students.other characteristics of effective teaching include an engaging classroom presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices and a lifelong love of learning.
