Hello I have been a personal trainer for 1 plus year now. My teaching method is student friendly. I let student take their own time and then adapt to any exercise or diet plan, once they are fully prepared both mentally and physically. My strengths are cardio and body weight exercises, which requires no or less equipments, thus being pocket friendly. Proper care is given on any injury, if occured before or after workout. My vision is to provide fitness training at cheap or affordable prices, thus enabling anyone to be fit under a trainer's guidance. I do motivate students and try to help them with diet and workout. My first hand experience of training 30 plus students will prove crucial to new joiners too.
