I teach based on the style of my NJC Singapore teachers. In addition, I take a constructivist approach ie I construct knowledge with my students.
I often coach very weak students that have been turned away by other tutors. I just elevated a Chinese Independent School student's maths mark from 8/20 to 17/20 in 6 months.
Physics is my strongest subject. I employ what I learned as an engineering student to my maths and physics lessons. I was a straight A's student in A Level in 1973. I took Pure Maths, Applied Maths, Physics and Economics.
