As I am working as a trainer from 5 years on software so most of the students are placed on companies..it's big ACHIVEMENT for me in coding first I have to explain how to write prg..describes its logic.. then give prgs to students first write on paper I takes writing practice for code and then let th type the prg on computer..I teach them error solving techniques daily gives them assignment for the topsail topic cover...verbally I asked questions frequently so that their concepts should be clear.n monthly 2 tests I have taken so that students performance improves gradually they can understand each topic clearly.
