I am passionate, hardworking, dedicated and patient.
Always use differentiation and individualism. My lessons are learner paced. Approaches vary from learner to learner,not one size fits all. I use relevant curriculum informed by national Annual Teaching Plans according to the Grade and subject. I always consider, identify learner challenges and apply intervention strategies towards individual learner. Recommendations, referrals, consessions are always recognized and considered to assist the learners with learning or academic challenges. Foundation phase is my first preference since I have been specializing in it through my professional journey. I won Excellence in Primary Teaching (2015) in NTA competion. I obtained position 1. I participated in QLTC (2016) competition and obtained position 1. My schools participated in Spelling B(both English and Setswana) to enhance their languages. Evidence is available and in place. I am always willing and ready to assist where necessary. I assist in assessing students in Setswana subject during their teaching practicals at schools. My learners results rate from level 6 to 7.Thanks.
