I teach based on the students' need. I teach with patience and compassion. I give clear instructions and examples before the students' try to solve the questions themselves. At the beginning of the learning, I will make sure that the students have the prior knowledge that is needed. I never ask the students to memorize the formula, instead by harnessing their understanding of the concept and giving sufficient practices will help them to internalized the formula without trying to memorize. I had some students who Excel in their maths and finally become in love with maths.
