I prepare and deliver engaging biology lessons to students from different backgrounds, who all have different interests and abilities. I monitor my student's performance and adjust my teaching strategies and techniques for improved content delivery.
I prefer the audio visual teaching methods and so far my students passed their exams with beautiful grades.
I engage my students in critical thinking and allow them to relate what they learn to their immediate environment; this facilitate their ability to recall all they have learnt easily.
I enjoy teaching as it is a way to help pass knowledge to coming generation and to make them see no fear in studying. I allow my student to discuss their fear and I do not make them feel they cannot be better no matter their level in academics.
