Teaching is a technique to transfer the knowledge. If the source and recipients are well connected in a conducive atmosphere, the task can be easily achieved. I always try to have a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere with the students.
The First of all, I usually assess the knowledge and level of students and then formulate a strategy that how we should start. If students have some basic conceptual problems, address them and then proceed further.
Teaching methodology involves lectures, the use of a board, and relevant software if required. Practical examples for application purposes. Class discussion and feedback are the essential elements.
I always encourage students to ask questions but if they are reluctant then I keep on asking questions during the teaching to involve them. It helps to know the level of absorption of the contents.
