We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Spoken English Teacher to join our team. As an Online Spoken English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in helping students from around the world become confident and effective English speakers. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create and deliver interactive and engaging online English lessons that cater to students of various proficiency levels. Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and multimedia resources to make learning enjoyable.

Customized Instruction: Tailor your lessons to meet the individual needs and goals of each student. Assess their language skills and adapt your teaching style accordingly.

Correct Pronunciation and Grammar: Help students improve their pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency in spoken English through targeted exercises and practice.

Encourage Conversational Practice: Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes active conversation and real-life communication. Encourage students to participate in discussions, debates, and role-plays.

Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students on their language skills, highlighting areas for improvement and providing guidance for further development.

Track Progress: Keep track of students' progress and maintain records of their achievements. Set realistic goals and milestones to help them measure their improvement.

Cultural Sensitivity: Foster cultural awareness and sensitivity by incorporating cultural aspects into language learning, helping students understand the nuances of English in different contexts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an English language teacher, preferably with a specialization in spoken English.
Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation and grammar.
Familiarity with various teaching methods and materials for online instruction.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for online teaching.
Teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are a plus but not mandatory.
