I believe in Hybrid teaching styles where I can balance between instructing and doing student-centered approaches to increase student engagement. I think connections and trust should be built first so that they’ll have confidence despite making mistakes and the pursuit to be better. One of the systems I do when it comes to having good results and being a great teacher is to love the students first so I would know where can I meet and adjust to their needs and eventually help them to learn, grow, and be better. More than anything else, I’ve seen how students do their best more when they feel valued and trusted — and it’s the same thing I want to keep doing. Teaching is my first love though I’m not a licensed teacher, I used to teach kids and youth in a community for 3 years, also had experience teaching on a campus. Now I handle youth as I teach them about life, beliefs, good philosophies, and anything under the sun. Teaching is precious as long as we do it as an act of love and an act of service.
