Under the direct responsibility of the Technical Director facilities technical support team Software management and after-sales. The manager of the Technical Support agents team and after-sales service in addition to being the reference in case of technical issues at all levels. In addition, he updates and analyzes the various statistical reports and highlighted the action plans to improve the after-sales service and respond to all 3D modeling software expertises and Data management solutions.

MAIN TASKS :
• Coordinate and manage all activities related to technical support and after-sales service;
• Act as a reference and technical expert support for tech support agents and application specialists;
• Support issues requiring technical expertise out of the box;
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction;
• Maintain the various statistics and reports;
• Make statistical analysis for; identify resource requirements, identify improvement opportunities, put action plans in place and coordinate activities related to after-sales service;
• Transfer to officials, the findings of the Service agents after-sales on non-conformities on facilities;
• Evaluate technical change requests received by other departments and do the necessary follow-up;
• Act as a trainer and resource person for Technical Support agents and after-sales service;
• Respect the goals techniques, logistics and after-sales service;
• Validate the information provided to other departments and ensure compliance;
• Other tasks directly related to the Technical Support department management.
