Firstly I try to understand the nature of the learning student,I observe their capabilities and then try to nurture them accordingly.i try my best to make them expert in their chosen subject.
First I ask some questions to understand the complete academic career of the student,the level of their understanding. After that I teach them some basics of the subject.When they have complete grip on the basics,then I start them the beginning topics steadily.I team them and then ask questions frequently. In the end I take an exam and nurture their growth and weak points.I also give them the weekly reports
