I am a very social person with the fact that I am young and still a student myself I get most of the challenges that others have and many of the parents don't understand. My communication skills are good and I am patient with the students so repeating myself is not a problem. I believe in rewarding my students for what they have accomplished even in an hour and I believe in assignment for better understanding when I am gone . Id rather use a pen and paper as it helps to not forget what you yourself has written. I always prepare my materials before hand so that I don't confuse my student even more. I encourage time management and my methods are always timed so that there is room for breaks and digestion if the content .
