Will prepare comprehensive materials and encourage interactive and engaging discussions during lesson.
Materials ( Pdf or softcopy) are prepared with appropriate level of difficulty. Teaching style will be Hybrid teaching - a style between teacher-centered and student-led, as well as progressive style. Apart from that, will use scaffolding method to help a student to understand better . Lessons are presented in power point slides/ Flipped Teaching style and interactive activities will be carried out during lessons - Jam Board and Padlets.
Designed personalized techniques to add additional support in understanding the lesson. Will record the progress of a student based on the assignments given, after each lesson. My techniques in lesson had been proven as every year the percentage in the subject had increased . I consider myself as a great teacher as I been given the title of Specialist teacher in my career thrice and had produce a number of students who excel academically and non-academically. Have conducted English workshops for schools in Kedah and out of Kedah to share the techniques in answering SPM English Paper 1119. Contributed in writing Modules and preparing exam papers at state level. Involved in marking SPM English Paper 1119 since 2002.

Teaching experience for 33 years +. Possess a B.A (Hons ) in TESL and Masters In Applied Linguistics. Awarded the title Guru Cemerlang thrice. Experience as an examiner for SPM 1119 English Language paper since 2002 till present. Conducted English workshops for SPM students, Form 6 students and teachers . Experienced as a home tutor since 1993. Had written writing modules for district and states. Have conducted online workshops for students and teachers.
