Using learner centred approaches, discussion,local environment teaching aids,open minded, easy going but strict on class work ethics and standards. My students remain with memorable experiences of learning English. Focus is on learning at students' pace. Teaching English as a second language. Emphasis on practice makes perfect,and application of knowledge learnt if one encounters similar but challenging situations.
