I have Planned math lessons and prepared instructional materials, individualized for students with issues. I use technology into every lesson through the use of a smart graphing/scientific calculators, and instructional videos. I try to add daily life examples in lesson to gain the interest of students that make students much attentive. There are so many students in my class who get A+ and A grades in their board exams. I put students(smart, average and below average) in a groups so that, they can share ideas with each other. It will also helps in class room management. At the end of my lesson i recall all my important points so the students can understand much better.... i try to use simple language and vocabulary in lesson so that, students can understand easily. Thanks!
