My teaching methodology includes, identifying the knowledge level of student, make the subject interesting and understandable, discussing with student to ensure his level of understanding of the subject, encourage questions to feed and enhance his ideas, discussing questionaire to check his knowledge after finishing with the respective subject. Continuous repetition of this process brings a clarity in the student's mind and retention becomes easy. Encouraging different ideas, discussions and participating in identifying solutions give them a vast exposure which is extremely helpful for the student's development and this is what I practice with my students.
