For me it is important thing that my student is getting completely what the demand of subject is. I keep on changing my process with the students because every student is not of same knowledge. If i get a toppper student i go with higher scale work assignments alot of test sessions and extra knowledge. In class with mediocer students i go smoothly with them and encourage them to come up with there working infront of all to get them the understanding with subject. Work assessment assignmnts test are important part. Question answer session is also included in the work as well. I keep on revision time to get information about what is the ability of my student and where i should need to give more attention. I gave time to the students to make their descion if there is a topic irrelateabke to the subject whether how they want to explore it. Age does matter for higher class method goes different and for children i do make activities so they get involved in the subject easily and get interest in the subject.

    I worked there as science major head. Also taught students physics and chemistry and did many extra curricular activities and gain alot of working steem.
