I teach grade 6, 7 and 8 maths subject with 60 to 90 minute sessions each. I teach from the prescribed school books and use online resources also to convey the idea so that the students can understand. For online teaching I use Whiteboard by Microsoft, online whiteboards and also MS-paint to teach through the computer. I believe in practicing so I give homework to complete in the designated time. I use negative marking with step by step marking to encourage challenge oriented mindset in students to help boost their moral in a competitive world. I can give demo class and let the students and parents decide. I also help the students in solving the assignments and understand them given by the school teachers.
