The things that I do for effective teaching is let students first analyze things if its understandable or not, then if they can't really understand such matters then thats the time I will intervene and let them learn what they needed to acquired. As a result, it gives them more knowledge to learn by themselves as well helping them cope up will also let them realize what they are lacking and what they need to improve most. By having me intervene after they know what they needed to improved, that's the time when I will help in the best way I can.
