Through proper preparations of the student and myself sharing concepts and facts is essential.
I love interacting with the learner actively.
Q & A sessions with the learner.
By the end of every session the learner must be able to answer the "wh" questions.
Assessment both in session and assignments out of the session to enable the student to relate well to the concept. Having direct contact with whatever is covered.
Also proper listening and thru deductive reasoning I can ensure the student gets the concept and grasps whatever they acquire.
Active participation is also key.
