I am an experienced PE, Life Orientation, Business Studies and English Teacher.

I am also an experienced Online Fitness Coach, nutrition consultant and English Teacher who have worked with clients around the world in high profile companies such as R.G.Fit, BasePT London, and Stetera Personal Training New York.

In person, I've also worked in companies Neev Academy, X-Athletic, Muscle Factory Gymnasium, Speed Dynamics, Rhodes University Health Suite and most recently Clinique La Prairie Doha and Switzerland.

At Clinique La Prairie I held the position as Health Club Supervisor, my duties included managing and creating protocols for all of the sections of the health club such as:

Yoga studio
Pilates Reformer studio
Sports Science laboratory
Private personal training studio
Female private personal training studio

Multi-gender physical center as well as recruiting, interviewing, training, educating and managing all the staff of all of the sections of the health club.

In Montruex, Switzerland, I was employed as a Sports Scientist with duties not excluding personal training, health & movement, strength and conditioning and functional movement analysis.

My role was also to render services in programs such as revitalizations, weight loss, detox and master detox.

The master detox program was as follows:

- 1x Clinical nutritional assessment

- 1x Holistic health purity supplement (2-month routine to continue the detox at home)
- 3x Clinique La Prairie detox signature massages
- 1x Cryotherapy session
- 1x Cellular detoxifying facial
- 1x Cellular detoxifying body scrub & wrap
- 2x Sessions of toxin cleansing far-infratherapy

During an Infratherapy session the blood flow increases, and the perspiration helps to eliminate toxic metals and pollutants

- 1x Movement assessment with a coach
- 1x Metabolism detox and breath work group session
- 1x Yoga detox group session
- 1x Group mountain hike
- 1x Lakeside rebalancing group session

Sessions in the fitness centre, swimming pool, sauna, recovery sessions steam room and vitality pool

I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide range of people from very different ends of the fitness spectrum. Through promoting positive health changes with diet and exercise, he has helped patients recover from aging-related and other otherwise debilitating diseases.

I train everybody. I also have years of experience training celebrities, social media influencers and high profile business leaders.

I spend most of my time these days writing fitness-related content of some form or another. I still like to work with people on a one-to-one basis and conducting online personal training services.

Fee details

    R250–500/hour (US$13.23–26.46/hour)

    250 to 500 South African Rands depending on the goals and the duration of the session.
