Assalam.o.alikum

I have recently graduated from UCP, Gujranwala and looking for role in teaching .
I hope you’re doing well! I am interested in the role you posted: Based on my experience as Physicist | Fresh Graduate | Problem Solver, I believe I could be a good fit.
The most effective teachers know how to set clear objectives for individual students, single lessons, their entire class and themselves. Developing goals can assist with gauging academic performance while giving students clear directives on how to improve. Goals are also an important part of setting and measuring challenges, both for the students and the teacher.
This a very simple, yet great question with a not so simple answer. Yes, I am DEFINITELY satisfied being a teacher. The most rewarding part of this calling (I use the word calling purposely, I definitely don't call it a job) is seeing your students take part in their own education and seeing their reactions when they achieve, grabbing key concepts and ideas.

While I'm idealistic, I'm also a realist. Teaching is tough, and people who think that we are just glorified baby sitters could not be more incorrect. Personally, I have spent countless hours of unpaid “overtime” planning lessons, grading assessments, and reflecting on what I, as a teacher, have done well and not so well in the classroom. It's also tough to see students struggle not only academically, but outside of school. Students ARE NOT blank slates. They come to us with a variety of issues that occur outside of school. It's important to take this into consideration when dealing with classroom management issues.
