My teaching style is quite different; I emphasize that students understand concepts rather than rote memorization, and I prioritize smart studying over simply working hard. I believe that both "Flipped Classroom" and "Project-Based Learning" are two essential methodologies in my role as an English teacher. In the "Flipped Classroom" approach, I provide students with materials to study at home, and then we engage in questions and discussions during class. This method encourages students to continue learning independently at their own pace.

"Project-Based Learning" is also a vital approach, where students work on real-world projects. It fosters critical thinking and teamwork skills as students tackle authentic challenges. I use this method to prepare students to confront real-life issues. Both of these methodologies give me the flexibility to create an optimal learning environment for my students.I adapt to different teaching styles, and I'm patient and creative. I answer a student's question as many times as needed, and I never get upset when they ask logical questions. I also emphasize critical thinking.
