What makes me a great teacher is that Iam patient with my students and I don't victimize them because I understand that each and every student has different abilities.
I prefer to use basic methodologies while teaching my students such as singing, coming up with formulae to make content easier for my students.
Furthermore, I don't judge my students based on their intellectual skills but rather on their characters. I prefer to teach a discipled student who follows instructions because that makes work easier for all of us. Moreover I treat my students fairly because they are my employers and without them I'm jobless.
I also makes sure that my student understands a specific area of study before proceeding to the next step. My students are always free to practice their rights and freedom when required just like I said earlier, I don't believe in victimizing my students just because they are in a vulnerable situation. I also don't look at race or ethnic background of a student because a student is a student no matter the background. I also teach with passion
