Part of my teaching style is active learning. I encourage students to actively engage with mathematical concepts, and practice solving problems. I believe that students often learn best by doing. I also include the application of the concepts through solving real-life problems. This will help them to appreciate the importance of learning math.
I include a range of strategies in my daily instructions such as visual aids, scaffolding activities, differentiated learning, problem activities, discovery approach, integration of technology, localized problems, and Socratic method of questioning to aid the conceptual understanding, and some times I also include flipped classroom and puzzle and games.
