I'm qari muneer ud din from gilgit baltistan northern areas of Pakistan and I am certified online Quran teacher with tajweed and I teach Quran memorization and Quran reading with tajweed And Dua of prayer and advice to student do not allow student to be absent except due to nessist such as sickness
The students should devideed his time for momorizing the new assignment into two groups one before sleeping is to 30 minutes and the after for 10 menitues and after aweaking and right before reciting it to the teacher
