Overall, I am very professional when it comes to work. No matter what it might be.

As for teaching, I am very attentive to the student's needs. Firstly, I will make a quick assessment and then, set a goal together with the student on what he/she would like to achieve. If needed, I will make a timeline to monitor the study progress, and the personal and professional growth of each student.

I strongly believe in creativity, thus, I embedded some mind and physical activities into the study programme to stimulate more interests and increase the level of focus. (this is also applied while conducting online classes). I also encourage and motivate the students constantly especially when they feel the strain from studying or lack of motivation or energy.

Besides in-class (indoor) tutoring, I also encourage the students to participate in out-of-class activities in order for them to practise the language as part of their daily routine i.e. accompanying them to do shopping, or enquire information from shops, phone calls, online purchases etc. Anything that comes to mind ! It is crucial for me to make the students feel comfortable in their own skin and perceive the language as a meaningful communication tool.

But most importantly, learning should be stimulating and fun !
