I have been teaching from last 12 years to both students from school and colleges. I have always been updated about latest teaching skills and methods and focus on practical knowledge as well marks. I dont believe in just learning but believing in understanding the concept for good foundation of the subject. I do Believe in practicing until the concept is not clear.
