First, clear the concept then engage the students for practice as my field is Accounting and Finance, So practice is necessary. In a class of maybe 30 students or 50, you remember all have not the same ability to understand at the same time due to psychological factors or any other problems. A good teacher is always must listen to the students at every time and then teach them accordingly. So the best way to teach the students firts clear the concept and then listen their querries and answer them and engaged in paractice.
