As an experienced teacher,I understand my learners before knowing the kind of techniques I would use for them inorder to achieve good results.
Learners who has issue with reading..would have to go back to learn the pronunciation of the letters of the Alphabet inorder for them to easily identify words when they see it.
There are learners that needs stories,visual aids to understand clearer what they are learning.some learners are suffering from emotional trauma and they need to be given proper attention and care.
With all these teaching becomes effective and great
