I believe practice can make everyone a better version of themselves. To understand your students and being able to communicate with them is the most important thing in teaching. I believe if a student fails doesn't mean that they are failure it means that teacher has failed to teach properly. When I was a student some teachers made me feel like I am stupid and a failure and burden on my family but the right teachers made me who I am all my achievements are dedicated to the teachers.
